Guru Purnima is being celebrated today. On this auspicious day, Vice Chancellor of Purbanchal University, Prof. Dr. Biju Kumar Thapalia has expressed his sincere respect to all the known and unknown Teachers who spread the light of knowledge and showed the way to the society and posterity.
On this special day, he also said that, "it is the teacher who inculcates good values and wisdom and only words are not enough to express the gratitude to all the teachers who taught us valuable things in our lives". This day commemorates the importance of the Guru or the instructor.
The special day which honors the Gurus falls on Asad Shukla Purnima. Let's thank all the teachers for being the guide and inspiration towards our lives.
