| Note: Dr. Komal Prasad Dulal (Associate Professor), a Ph. D. from JNU, currently serves as the Chief of the Planning Division at Purbanchal University. With 20 years of experience at the university, he has held roles as Deputy Dean and Acting Dean of the Faculty of Arts, Law, and Education. His academic focus on Reproductive Health is evidenced through numerous publications and presentations at national and international forums. Dr. Dulal's leadership in academic administration is pivotal in shaping university policies and programs.
