The orientation program for new M.Phil. scholars was held today at Purbanchal University School of Management, Biratnagar.
The program was graced by the Chief Guest, Prof. Dr. Biju Kumar Thapalia, Vice-Chancellor of Purbanchal University. Distinguished guests included Prof. Dr. Prem Raj Panta and Prof. Dr. Mahananda Chalise, who delivered keynote speeches. Sonila Shakya (Deputy Dean), Prashanta Kumar Lal (Director, PU School of Management), and Dr. Ramesh Babu Kafle (Member of PU Executive Council) also attended the program as guests. The program was chaired by Dr. Sandess Dass Shrestha, Dean of the Faculty of Management, and coordinated by Prof. Dr. Jiwan Kumar Dhakal, M.Phil/PhD Director of Purbanchal University.
The program aimed to welcome and familiarize the new scholars with the academic environment, expectations, and opportunities at Purbanchal University. The distinguished speakers shared valuable insights and encouraged the M.Phil. scholars to pursue excellence in their research endeavors.
In this session, 16 selected students for the new sixth batch of the M.Phil program were welcomed. This highlights the program's growing acceptance, as students from different parts of the country participated.
